Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Tags must be attached

  • Must be returned in the original packaging

  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required


How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@briellaluxury.com to initiate your return.

  2. If approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and detailed return instructions.

  3. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Returns Due to Change of Mind

We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item meets our eligibility requirements above.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • You may use your preferred shipping method for returns.

  • Approved returns will be refunded as store credit.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Return Address

Because our items ship from different warehouses, please email us first. Once your return is approved, we will provide the correct return address or include it on your return label.


Return Process at a Glance

  1. Email us at info@briellaluxury.com within 30 days.

  2. Receive your return label and instructions.

  3. Pack your item securely and attach the label.

  4. Drop it off or schedule a pickup with your local courier.

  5. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund as store credit within 3–7 business days.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return it following the steps above and place a new order once your return is approved.


Refunds & Delays

Once your return is processed, your store credit will be issued. If a refund to your original payment method is approved:

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

  • Still haven’t received your refund?

    • Double-check your bank account.

    • Contact your credit card provider or bank as processing delays can occur.
